Tokyo Rokurisha is a popular ramen restaurant which is placed in Osaki, Shinagawa, Tokyo as headquarter. But its branch is also in here Tokyo Solamachi east yard sixth floor.
They serve the dipping style ramen, which is classified as “Tsukemen”. Dip very thick noodle into the fish based soup. This way to eat ramen is now super popular in Japan!
Tsukemen of Tokyo Rokurisha was elected as the best ramen of the year in 2006 and 2007.
This restaurant always makes a long line.
This time I will tell you the report of the ramen and convenient time to have this ramen.
When your turn comes after being on the line, you have to buy the meal ticket.
I recommend the simple one “Tsukemen” at your first time.
Finally it comes!
This thick and hard noodle makes the ramen wonderful. That’s the secret of good taste of this Tsukemen.
They could give you an paper apron if you want.
You can chose hot noodle or cold noodle. Cold one is better for the fish based soup.
The soup is hot though.

You could order Soup Wari, which is the diluted soup added another soup into your bowl to dilute the main soup.
Of cource it’s free. Smells wonderful!

If you don’t want to wait long, 1:30 PM on week day is relatively easy to take the seats.
